Supervising Physician Agreement
If the relationship is currently filed as a practice description (approved before 2012), it must be terminated (see termination of the supervisory relationship below) and a new practice agreement (see above). Both the supervisory physician and the Palestinian Authority must report the termination of an online surveillance relationship within 15 days of the end of the surveillance. If the first whistleblower report is provided either by the Supervisory Authority or by the Palestinian Authority, both parties will be informed by e-mail that a whistleblower report has been initiated and the other party will be informed of the submission of an independent whistleblower report (see OAR 847-050-0050). NEW: To request that care be discontinued on site for 8 hours, a supervisory physician may submit a letter explaining the need to give up and a statement on the character and competence of the medical assistant. If the following qualifications are met, the House may grant a waiver to allow paund and surveillance physicians to meet monthly through synchronous technology instead of a personal meeting: COVID-19 Waiver: the OMB waives the requirements of 8 hours of medical care for the months when Oregon is in a state of emergency for the COVID-19 epidemic. In the event of an emergency, supervisory physicians are not required to apply for a waiver. After approval by the Board of Directors, a supervising physician may use the services of a medical assistant (PA) in accordance with a practice agreement. If the PA is monitored by an organization of supervisory physicians (SPO), the designated primary supervisory physician must submit, modify and terminate the practice agreement. If the relationship is currently stored as a practice agreement (filed in 2012 or later), the supervisory physician must submit the details of the online update. The Board of Directors will send the supervisor and the Palestinian Authority written confirmation of the updated practice agreement. A „practice agreement“ is a written agreement between a medical assistant and a supervising physician or a supervisory organization (SPO) that describes what the medical assistant will practice and how.
The practice agreement must be filed with the board within 10 days of the start of the practice. You can file, modify or terminate a practice contract by registering with licensing services and selecting „practical agreements.“ Connect to licensees and choose „practical agreements“ to file a termination report.
